Criteria

We focus on businesses with real revenue, proven operations, and owners who care about the legacy they're leaving. We're not a financial buyer looking for a quick flip — we're operators who intend to hold and grow.

Revenue: $1M – $15M
Profitable operations preferred. We can work with businesses in transition, but healthy EBITDA margins accelerate the process.
Operating History: 3+ Years
We want to see a track record. Seasonal businesses, project-based revenue, and recurring service models all considered.
Sectors We Understand
Industrial services, metal fabrication, manufacturing, technology consulting, market research, professional services.
Geography: Southeast US
Primary focus on the Carolinas and broader Southeast corridor. Will consider strong businesses elsewhere on a case-by-case basis.
Deal Structure: Flexible
Full buyouts or majority stakes. Seller involvement post-close welcome. We work with SBA financing, seller notes, and earnouts.
